I think Mental and Emotional Wellbeing is a state of wellbeing in which you realise your own potential and cope with stress of life to become a proud and productive citizen of a communtity.
Little Reminders
To create a new habit, start small and add it on to an existing habit.eg. to make sure your drink water, have a glass while you make your toast.
I have learned that it is ok to feel sad and worried, it is ok to feel tired, it is ok to ask for help
Facing Fears
There is a lot of things is life that we can't control, but we can control how we react, what we say and the people we share this with. Focus on what we can change.We all get anxious in certain situations. If you get anxious, find a quiet place and focus on breathing in and out.
From this picture, I have learned that feeling worried is a normal human emotion. It is my body trying to protect itself. It is temporary and will pass.
